SKY Campus Happiness is a breathwork, well-being, and resilience training tailored for University staff and faculty at the University of Minnesota. SKY’s experiential workshop includes SKY ® breathwork and other breathing exercises, interactive group processes, light yoga, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence. Research shows that SKY significantly increases well-being and resilience and significantly reduces anxiety and stress markers.
Participants gain foundational stress-management and resilience skills, develop a personal evidence-based meditative breathwork practice, and develop social connection and community-building strategies.
Through meditative breathwork and self-awareness practices, participants gain knowledge and skills to:
● Clear and relax the mind
● Increase personal resilience by managing negative emotions and stress
● Increase energy and capacity naturally
● Gain equanimity and a broader perspective on life when facing challenges
