What is SKY Kids?
SKY stands for Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, and this specially designed workshop helps children:

  • Practice breathing techniques to calm the mind and manage emotions,
  • Enjoy yoga and movement games that build focus and self-awareness,
  • Participate in interactive activities that foster joy, creativity, and connection.

More than just a weekend program, SKY Kids equips children with practical tools they can use every day—whether it’s managing school stress, navigating social situations, or staying centered and happy.

Meet the Instructor: Pratibha Chhabra
Pratibha is a Senior Economist and a seasoned volunteer faculty member with the Art of Living Foundation. For over 16 years, she has taught mindfulness and breathwork practices to thousands across the globe—from global leaders to families and children.

Her sessions are known for being inspiring, joyful, and deeply impactful, empowering kids to connect with their inner calm and resilience.
