Arts4Peace

What exactly is “peace?” Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and envision what peace looks like to you. How could you express that to others artistically? What does peace look, feel or sound like? The Arts4Peace project gives students the opportunity to join a worldwide conversation about what peace is and what it can be for all of us.
We are inviting artists around the world to participate in the creation of artwork celebrating peace, as part of the World Culture Festival. Share your creative vision and dream for the world, by responding to the question: What Does Peace Look Like? Your artwork will be featured at the World Culture Festival, on social media platforms, marketing and promotional material, as well as museums and galleries across the US.
Participation is open to all artists, and the artist in all of us! Deadline for submissions is September 15th, 2023. All entries must be submitted electronically. To participate, see below for more information and submission forms, as well as kits for schools and youth orgs. Schools will be eligible for a unique opportunity to collaborate with professional artists creating installations and multimedia projects that will be featured during the event.
